More than one shop
A branch does not wait for head office to sell. It has its own database, prices and staff. The owner opens a page on a phone and sees every branch, together and apart, even from outside the country.
What the owner sees is held in our cloud, not pulled from the shop's machine at that moment. So if the shop's computer is off or its line is down, the last numbers that arrived are still there, and they are never dressed up as live. The cloud is optional, and without it the program stays complete on your own machine.

The price follows the size of your shop and the number of devices and branches. You get a clear figure before installation, and you pay it once.

After installation you are not on your own: a help centre inside the program, updates that come only from us, and support on WhatsApp that knows the program from the inside.
The everyday questions and their answers live in the program, from the first shift to backup and restore.
When we publish a sound update the machine sees it, verifies where it came from, then installs at a time you choose — without a new file being sent each time.
WhatsApp first; email is answered within one working day. A fault that stops selling takes priority within these hours, and whatever arrives after them is picked up the next morning. What support covers and what it does not.

About us
The PLAN team builds sales and accounts systems for Libyan shops: PLAN POS for retail and wholesale, PLAN Restaurant and PLAN Games. We install them ourselves and support them ourselves, and the program is Arabic from the inside, not a translation.

PLAN POS is ready software that installs and runs; it is not a software project that starts after the agreement. We set up your shop name, users, their permissions and your printer, and move your old data if you have any. Custom development is a separate option if you need something the ready edition does not cover.
Any Windows 10 or 11 computer, laptop or touch POS terminal, with no server and no powerful machine needed. The program itself does not run on phones or tablets; the owner dashboard is what you open on your phone. We check your machine during installation.
An ordinary thermal receipt printer, 58, 76 or 80 mm wide, a USB barcode scanner, and a cash drawer that opens from the printer after a cash sale if you want one. We do not sell you hardware or tie you to one supplier.
No. Selling, printing, stock and accounts run from a database on your machine. You need the internet only for the optional cloud add-on, such as the owner dashboard and branches, and whatever waits during the outage catches up by itself when the line returns.

Each till sells on its own with no internet. For them to see each other's stock and sales they need the cloud add-on and an ordinary connection (mobile data is enough). If the line drops, each till keeps selling and they sync when it returns.

The price is in Libyan dinars, and you get a clear figure based on the size of your shop and its devices and branches before installation. There is no down payment: you try it for a full 90 days, and if you decide to buy you pay for the licence once.
Support and updates are free in the first year. After that the program keeps running on its current version, and support and updates are optional with a yearly subscription. The owner dashboard, branches and connecting devices are an optional cloud add-on with a six-monthly subscription; selling never depends on it.
An encrypted backup is taken at the close of every shift; keep a copy off the machine with its recovery password. If your machine breaks or you replace it, we move the licence to the new machine free of charge.
Yes. An invoice can be paid in cash, by bank card, transfer, cheque or on the customer's account, or by several methods on the same invoice. Amounts are in dinars and dirhams, and the invoice writes the amount in words.
Yes. The selling screen is quick for barcodes, and the Trade package adds wholesale price lists, multiple units, quotations and customer and supplier balances. Tools appear according to permissions instead of crowding the cashier with everything.
If you are convinced you buy the licence and carry on with the same data. If not, on day 91 the program asks for activation to keep selling, and your data stays on your machine; you can export it to Excel and walk away.
PLAN Restaurant is in its final check on real devices and the kitchen printer, and we will not deliver it before that passes; put your restaurant or cafe on the waiting list and we will tell you as soon as it is ready. PLAN Games is in a trial with selected lounges now, and if you run one, talk to us about joining.
