Privacy and your data

This website

Static pages with no account and no sign-in. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking tools, and loads no social buttons that watch you from afar.

• The only external links are WhatsApp and email. Whatever you send there is governed by that application and its terms.
• Like every website, the host may keep technical request logs (network address and time) to run and protect the service. We do not use them to build a profile of anyone.
• We do not buy visitor data and we do not sell it.

The software on your machine

Your shop's database lives on the shop's computer, not on a distant server. Selling, stock and the books run from there, with or without internet.

• The software sends none of your shop's data to any server except what you choose in the optional cloud sync (below).
• The licence is bound to the machine. What the software exchanges with the PLAN server at activation and when checking for updates is technical data about the device and the version, never your sales or your customers.
• Backups can be encrypted with a passphrase you choose. We do not hold a copy and cannot recover it if it is lost; keep a copy off the device, and keep its passphrase.
• You can export all of your data to an Excel file at any time, during the trial and after it.

The optional cloud

If you subscribe to the cloud, the software synchronises business movements (sales, stock and branch summaries, according to product and permission) to the PLAN cloud so that the owner dashboard works and more than one device or branch stays coordinated. Without it, the program stays complete on your machine.

• Who sees what is decided by the permissions you set inside the software, not by us.
• We look at your synchronised data only at your request for support, or under an order of a Libyan court. Every access is logged.
• We do not share your data with anyone, do not sell it, and do not use it for anything but running the service.
• After a subscription ends, your data stays readable and exportable for thirty days; cloud copies are then deleted ninety days after the end, or immediately if you ask in writing.

Your staff and your customers

The software records who did what and when, under the name of the user who did it, so every sensitive action leaves a trail. Your customers' details (names, debts, numbers) stay in your shop's database under your responsibility; we give you the permissions that decide who sees them and the export tool, and we keep no copy of them beyond what you choose to sync to the cloud.

Your requests

To export your data, delete its cloud copy, or ask anything about it: message us on WhatsApp or by email. We answer within one working day, and we ask for proof that you are the account owner before any deletion.

Changes to this page

When what we do changes, we change this page and update the date at the top. Anything that materially affects subscribers' data is announced inside the software or by email before it takes effect.
